I have booked with Wide Open Outfitters to go to La Finca Lodge on two trips. I have hunted most of the United States and Canada and can say I have never been on a hunt that gives you any better Duck and Quail hunts. The great thing about La Finca is you can hunt Duck in the morning and Quail in the afternoon or either all day. The accommodations, food and drinks couldn’t be any better. I can’t wait until this hunting season comes around.

I’ve hunted several camps in Mexico but never have experienced hunting and accommondations quite like this. From the time they pick you up and take you to the camp you are treated like a King. Due to the amazing hunting I no longer bird hunt in the States. I go back twice every year once for the dove hunt and later for the duck and quail.

The best hunting trip I have ever taken in my life. I got to experience a hunt of a lifetime with my father and my father in law. The Pintail looked like bunches of Teal there were so many one morning. The food was great. The best food memory is the Senorita bringing out Huge Nachos with beef and chicken with frozen margaritas that are incredible! I can’t waint until my son grows up and we can pick out the Pintail Drakes in a bunch together.
well, all I can say is that on the hunts, I could not reload fast enough and my barrel was too hot to touch. That is class A hunting in my book. Also the most relaxing lodge , with great food and staff service. If you are looking for a hunting trip that will produce top results , then dont waste your time in booking, book today. Wide Open Outfitters is the best that I have seen.
